Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh - Ho Chi Minh City

This place is great, and has great wi-fi, a rooftop pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with plug adaptors. Their kindness is lovely. I'm coming back for Christmas!

the superior queen room was brand-new, the bed was comfy. had exceptionally nice location close to city center, right next to saigon square.

The breakfast was top and satisfactory, the staff was very very helpful, the grounds were overall clean. Our accommodation was set in a central location close to main shopping malls, the main tourist area around the Opera House and the Botanical Garden, Opera House, Nguyen Hue promenade, City Hall, Cathedral & Post Office. Meals were fab, and there was The Orient Bar near the hotel.

Despite the small room, the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast options enhanced our experience. The rooftop pool provided a nice escape with great views.

Comfortable beds made for a decent sleep.

After complaining, I was moved to a larger room on the 8th floor, but it still didn't have the view I anticipated. Adding to my disappointment, the hotel only allowed a one-hour late checkout for an extra charge.

Room with no windows was frustrating.

The rooftop pool and clean rooms exceeded my expectations during this long journey. The staff were super friendly and helped me feel at home.

the tv in my room didn't work

I had two stays here, and the second time, they remembered me and even returned my left power bank. The rooftop pool was amazing. The cozy bar offered great views. The only downside was the road crossings can be tricky in the busy traffic.

A quiet gem near the bustling city

Enjoyed sipping cocktails at the rooftop bar while taking in the fine sunset over the city. The staff were cute and quick to assist.

The breakfast options lacked variety, and the room felt a bit cramped for two guests, making it less comfortable .

I loved the stylish decor throughout my stay! The rooftop pool offered fine views of the skyline, perfect for sunset selfies 🌅. Plus, the free minibar was such a fun treat for unwinding after a day of exploring!

The hotel was beautifully decorated with a cozy ambiance, and the easy access to all areas made it very senior-friendly! I particularly loved the vibrant flowers and calming colors in the lobby.

More comfortable seating in common areas would help.

We visited the central park and explored local markets. The rooftop pool is a fantastic spot to unwind. But be ready for small rooms and sometimes limited breakfast options. Still, it's an awesome choice if you want to enjoy the vibrant local scene.

I loved my stay where I could easily walk to the Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden and the fine Notre Dame Cathedral, making my weekend explorations good and stress-free.

Would be happy to recommend for a transient stop.
